Tom Hanks' son Chet Hanks with his daughter Michaiah...

Chet Hanks, 28, was seen stepping out with his adorable baby girl in La Quinta, California.

Chet, who is the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, sweetly carried his daughter during a visit to a park. Chet cut a casual figure in a black T-shirt with matching bottoms and boots.

Michaiah looked sweet in her pink skirt with a gray sweater; Chet carried his daughter to the park, where she enjoyed bonding time with him.

Chet revealed in June that the birth of his daughter 'pretty much single handedly' pushed him to address his addictions.

He said to Access Live in a sit down interview: 'If my daughter wasn't born, I don't know if I would've made the change necessary. She saved my life, honestly.' Chet continued: 'And when she gets older, she'll know that. I'll tell her that. But yeah, I was really lucky in that sense.'

Adding: 'Because if not, I don't know what could of happened. I could be - the consequences couldn't been so bad, it's all good though.'

Chet stars on the hit series Empire as Blake; before that show, he had a seven-episode stint on Shameless as well as in two episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
