Whose ready for some football?! College football, and more specifically Tennessee Vols football, is huge at our house. For me, I'm split; I can't decide if it's the food or football I like more? This last weekend was not so good for our team. My son (and husband) were in tears by the end of the game ;) But we had some good food to wallow in! Each game, I try making a different kind of chips and dip and an appetizerish (yes, that is a word!) type meal. This weekend we made our traditional Game Day Sandwich. This has been tradition since we were dating. My husband usually requests this for the biggest game Florida vs Tennessee. I think we may have to come up with a new favorite; it just isn't helping our chances in winning...we've lost 8 straight years to Florida! We also had some yummy dips I will be posting next. Hope this sandwich brings your team better luck than ours!
